RISK FREE is how we do it.

We offer a 121 Day and Night In-Home Trial Period. We offer three ways to return your mattress.

The first return method states that if you try our mattress for ninty-one days, you can call us anytime for a return authorization number up to the 122nd day and we'll pickup the mattress and issue you a full credit.

The second return method is to simply donate your mattress purchased from us to a certified 503-C3 charity. There are many of these certified/registered charities such as many churches, The Salvation Army the Good Will. Send us a copy of your receipt and we'll issue you a credit in the same manner as your original purchase, less a $199 processing fee.

The final return method is simple: anytime up to the 122nd day you wish to return the mattress, you call us for a return authorization number, return the mattress to us at your cost in clean condition and we'll issue you a credit for the purchase amount without any restocking fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Sun Mattress has never and will never re-sell a mattress which has been returned to us as all returned mattressess are appropriately recycled to keep our landfills clean.

Returning or Exchanging Your Mattress

If you decide to exchange or return the mattress, you must contact Customer Service at 1-888-649-6288 before packing or shipping your mattress or box springs. All merchandise must be received good and clean condition and be given a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from our Customer Service Team.

Occasionally, problems may happen in shipping or otherwise, therefore all items that are defective on arrival, or are found to be defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Sun Mattress will pay for the appropriate shipping charges to replace the defective product. Otherwise, if your Restonic® mattress is found to be defective it will be covered under the terms of our Restonic® warranty.

What happens after 121 days and nights?

As we are sure you will be sleeping on your Restonic® mattress for many years, we offer our 15 year NON-prorated manufacturers warranty to help you with any issues that may arise This is a full 15 years, non-prorated.
