Normal shipping time for your product to be made and leave our factory is 4-6 business days.

We provide you with estimates of when your order will ship from our factory facilities. What do I do if...

Occasionally, accidents happen during delivery. If you notice any damage to the shipping carton or plastic, please note that immediately on the delivery paperwork before the delivery person leaves. Due the extensive product packaging, it is likely that any damage to the outside shipping carton will not damage the product. Our cartons and packaging are specifically designed to help deliver your product safely to you, if they get a little scruffy during delivery; it just means they are doing their job to protect your order. Please call our customer service group with 24 hours of delivery to determine what additional steps you should take, before opening your product. Should you open your product and determine there is concealed shipping damage, you will need to report this damage within 48 hours of your delivery. Our customer service agents will work with you to determine what additional steps you will need to follow.
